    Just got a message from an account called GoFuckyourself44 or something like that about how we're OWED Vergil and that I should stop settling and how I'm a fucking shill.

    I haven't been active on this sub at all and it's NOT cool to attack people like that privately or publicly, trolling or not. So if someone says they don't want Vergil in the game or if, #GOD #FORBID they're actually satisfied with the game as is, don't attack them or brigade them with downvotes.

    Capcom doesn't owe us anything, but as participants of this sub we owe each other some goddamn civility.

    I really like DMC5's ranking system

    I started SoS today and managed to get an S on mission 2 because I was stylish, and then I got an A on the next mission because I was less stylish. I got two Cs on my first DH run from messing up one and using a gold orb during another. Basically, my rank quite accurately reflects my performance in what actually matters in a combat game.

    When I play 3 or 4 time and orbs factor in which just seems like a remnant of 1, which was made by Kamiya, a guy who ranks you on your skills as a gamer in general, including Space Harrier skills. Speaking of Kamiya, Bayonetta will actively shit on you if you don't suddenly backtrack half way through a chapter to repeat an Alfheim (secret missions if you haven't played it) and it really makes improving your rank complete ass.

    DmC ranks completion which is also weird because once you've done it once you get an automatic SSS, which just kind of makes it a weird punishment for your first run.

    Idk where I'm going with this but I find I'm trying much harder to see where I can improve on DMC5 because I feel like it's the only one that isn't punishing me for arbitrary things.
