    So, decide to draw Dante in his DMC1 suit with the new Indian Ink I bought. I also used pencils and gel pens to get the right detail and shading. Sorry for the poor photo quality, I had to use my tablet's camera which is kind shite. Hope everyone likes it! Stay safe and well, fellow Devil Hunters!

    One of the few problems I have with this game

    Did anyone notice the lines on Vergil's face? I mean they dont look like veins. More like his face was cut and the wounds were healed but the marks remained. Or just Capcon had bugs modeling his face. Or just my system not being motivated enough to handle him.

    DMC 5 freezing midgame

    Just started mission 15 and Nero is at crossroads. No matter which path I choose, the game ends up freezing before a giant empty area comes into view, music still plays in the bg but the loading icon on the bottom left keeps spinning and the screen is frozen. Any attempts to force close the game fail and I have to sign off or shut down the PC. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions for this bug?

    My PC specs meet the requirements and all drivers/directX etc are up-to-date. Tried the dx11 suggestion, didn't help If anyone wants screengrabs of the frozen screen, I can provide it from both paths of the crossroads. I'm at my wit's end over what to do here :/ Please help!

    So... how did Sparda die? Or what made him disappear?

    From what I can see on the wiki, there's no real definite answer to this... unless maybe this has been explored in a more obscure source?

    Honestly, I'm just kind of confused about Sparda's whole timeline. Again, from what I understand, it kind of goes like this:

    • the demon world keeps invading the human world with Mundus ruling the demon world.

    • Sparda isn't a fan of this, so he rebels against Mundus to defend humanity and uses Yamato + the perfect amulet + a human priestess to close the portals between the realms, locking most of his power on the demon side with Force Edge.

    • something something Argosax who is also emperor of the demon world and Sparda seals him away too somehow something something

    • Sparda rules over Fortuna and fights whatever random demons somehow make it over to the human realm.

    • Sparda decides he wants a monocle, thus inspiring Mr Peanut.

    • After about 2000 years, Sparda meets a human woman named Eva and falls in love.

    • Sparda and Eva have twin sons, Vergil and Dante. Sparda gives each of them one of his swords.

    • When the twins are around 7 or 8, Sparda disappears. Either he dies or just vanishes somehow.

    • Demons directed by Mundus attack Eva, Dante, and Vergil. Eva is killed, Vergil vanishes and is presumed dead, possibly going to the demon realm for a while or being otherwise incapacitated. Either way, he probably assumes Dante is dead, too because both brothers just kind of fuck off and do their own thing until they're reunited around 18/19 and decide to murder each other I guess.

    As you can tell, my main questions are around Sparda's fate and how the hell Argosax fits into anything.

    Any insight? Theories?

    With how expectationally exceedening DMC5 turned out to be I wanted some community opinions on IPs that would make good character action games. Personally my vote goes for Final Fantasy, specifically 8 (I love you Zell).
