I've just got finished with a month-long project of tabbing out Bury The Light's guitar solo, since I couldn't find any tabs of it online. | games like the first devil may cry Posted: 14 Apr 2021 03:05 PM PDT i basically want that urban castle atmosphere. it's crazy that it's been a year since ive played it and it stayed with me. and re4's castle level is what got me into dmc in the first place. ive already played the entirety of dmc games till 4, still havent tried 5. i like the fortuna castle in 4 but it didnt feel the same. so feel free to submit your recommendations :) [link] [comments] | ||
| Posted: 14 Apr 2021 12:43 PM PDT Now onto DMC3 for the Best DMC Boss Battle Polling. This was one was kinda tough really. Its interesting as half of the boss fights are really amazing. Some of the best series. While half are bad, straight trash to mediocre/ok. So stuff like Arkham, Gigapede, Heart of Leviathan (I completely forgot about this one), and Geryon getting axed was quite easy. Doppelganger was an amazing concept wasted on stupid, rushed execution. The Damned Chessman and Hell Vanguard are omitted due to being recurring enemies and it just makes this easier. I chose to omit Vergil 1 because Vergil 2 and 3 contain elements of that version of Vergil (in Vergil 2 he switches to Yamato and used his Vergil 1 moveset and Vergil 3 uses a lot of aspects of Vergil 1). Having half the poll be Vergil is excessive and I think Vergil 2 and Vergil 3 are so different that it warrants being 2 slots. Not saying Vergil 1 is worst than the other boss fights that made the poll but it needed to be omitted to make the options more diverse. Jester is okay. You dodge balls and hit a clown. It feels like it belongs more in Nier Automata then DMC. It was a tough decision but I chose to ultimately omit Cerberus in favor of Lady. I know it's for the memes and "Easy Mode is now Available" and one can argue Cerberus is very challenging. Probably more than Lady but I put Lady up there due to the variety and Cerberus honestly after you beat him the first time and learn him and his patterns it becomes very dull and really easy. But if this stupid site allowed more options per poll he would definitely be in ther. So honorable mention to Cerberus as well as Vergil 1 and Hell Vanguard. [link] [comments] | ||
| Posted: 14 Apr 2021 09:49 AM PDT I only see people shitting on 2 and DMC but never on 4 why? Playing as Dante is awful the enemies are poorly designed for him. The game tecnically only has 10 missions since you repeat all the same levels. Most annoying enemies in the series Blitz,Faust,Chimera,Fault,Cutlass Some awful level design,most levels are ok but the forest level is an absolute joke. The story is very meh compared to 3,5 or even 1 The only important things that happen is that Dante meets Nero and Nero uses the Yamato. One of the worst final boss fights ever You repeat the bosses 3 times,3 times?! And not the best boss Credo The cube game wtf is that? I see nothing but praise for this game despite its massive flaws now it's nowhere near as bad as 2 but still. I could play 3 and 5 any time but i only played 4 once and have zero motivation to play it again despite it's great combat. [link] [comments] | ||

| Posted: 14 Apr 2021 01:25 PM PDT Dunno if everyone knows this but you can fly through areas by doing air stinger > air melee with yamato(only one melee input) > air stinger rinse and repeat. If you lose altitude then do a rising aerial rave and/or trick up. [link] [comments] | ||
| Devil May Cry V Extensions? *Spoilers* Posted: 14 Apr 2021 07:52 PM PDT I've been watching guides all day and I keep seeing Buster move extensions, like the throttle attack on Artemis (similar to the one in DMC4 against Echidna) or shooting extra shots into Hell Caina. Is there a list of these extra attacks and how to do them? I don't know what you'd call them or if they'd just be under buster moves. [link] [comments] | ||
