    So I fought the final boss as Vergil for the first time....

    Marked as spoiler cuz I don't know if Dante being the final boss is common knowledge at this point (although, I'm pretty sure most people could figure it out anyways). Anyway....

    Holy fucking shit it was intense. I went through 1 gold orb for the first one, but I burned like 3 for the second fight. But still, I think this quite possibly the hardest boss fight in the series. Definitely top 5 hardest. And I only did this on DH difficulty

    I will admit I could've played it better. For starters, I was way too aggressive as I thought I could break Dante's combos. Took me a little too long to realize he had hyper armor during combos. I also didn't abuse the trick dodge enough or the summon swords abilities.

    But regardless, this was such an intense fight and loved every second of it

    As we already know, Capcom doesn't have anything planned for the series at least for a couple of years. Not even for the 20th anniversary of the first Devil May Cry.

    But I have a theory: What if someone else does? Like Platinum Games? Capcom could have talked to Platinum Games to get them to remake the first entry in the series, or even a crossover with Bayonetta, like Hideki Kamiya (the creator of both of them) said he would like to see someday.

    It took me 2 years to realize how great the ingame photo mode is. 2 freaking years with more than 120 hours of playing, finishing the game on almost every difficulty and I was not even paying attention to the photo mode. I feel ashamed.

    I think Dante and Vergil are fraternal twins, which means that even though they were both born from the same womb, on the same date, they came out looking different. You may be able to notice that they're family, but that's about it. They look nothing alike otherwise. Though in Dmc3 and in the manga it seems to be implied that they look almost identical, but I'mma just jump on that and say, "I think not", it might just have been that they look so alike that they seem identical, but then again I'm pretty sure that it could be an age thing. Usually your defining physical features only really appear in about your 20's if not a little sooner, and Dante and his brother were like, what, 17? I mean, even in the mobile game, Devil may cry pinnacle of combat trailer, which I'd assume they didn't have any models for to animate their appearances, Vergil and dante barely had any similarities in terms of physical appearance, much like in Dmc5. But anyway. (Also I'm pretty sure Vergil likes to "Judgement Trim" his hair and beard so he doesn't look as scruffy as his brother.) As for Nero. I'm 90% sure most of his genes, looks-wise, comes from his mother's side, all he really got in the looks department must've been eyes and hair.

    PSA: For those with crashing issues, Nvidia just released a new graphics driver that supposedly fixes it.

    The previous graphics driver caused crashing issues with RE Engine games such as Devil May Cry V and Resident Evil remakes. Check out Nvidia's latest driver that supposedly fixes these issues.
