    Had a great time playing this classic for the first time, but goddamn, this has to be the hardest game ive ever played. I felt like DMC1 on normal difficulty was about the same difficulty as DMC5 on DMD, if not harder. And this is with emulation and save states, i cant imagine playing the game legitimately on original hardware. Ive played every souls game, bloodborne, sekiro, ninja Gaiden, etc. But this was definitely the toughest. Apparently DMC2 is a joke so that should be a good change of pace.

    As the next game will center him looking after humanity in Dante's stead as he spends more time with his father in the Demon World, Nero will need to face enemies that will make him stronger and evolve him.

    As DMC6 represents the theme of "Mark of the Beast 666".

    There can be....

    • Mundus making a full comeback, brand-spanking new. Maybe human-looking.
    • A human corporate who runs a company similar to Oroboros yet hunting down demons for the public. But are working on special experiments.
    • A lesser demon trying to claim the throne in order to become the next demon king/queen.
    • An alchemist making a "Philosopher's Stone" with human & demonic properties.
    • A human Devil Hunter who possesses a power to counter the demons.

    Why am i suddenly having so much damn trouble with Leviathan?

    I got DMC3 on the Switch for the freestyle mode, and for some reason i'm having an obscene amount of trouble dealing with Leviathan.

    When i was playing it on Xbox 360, i always beat him first try. Took down the left organ, went for the center. Took out the right organ then went to the center. Ignore the trash mobs and repeat until dead. Never gave me a single bit of trouble, abusing the amount of air time i get switching between my weapons while executing Swordmaster skills and occasionally popping off my shotgun, using the handgun when he started firing the laser to avoid hitting the ground. The orbs i never found a way around so i either just avoided them like the mobs or, in some cases i just took them. (Either because i didn't pay attention or because the center was open.)

    I have to be doing something wrong because i've died almost 10 times now on a fresh playthrough on Normal. I tried using the mobs for Royal Guard build up, no dice either. Literally the only thing i'm actually doing different is using a weapon other than Rebellion, but that doesn't exactly change my tactic too much i don't think.

    Could i get some advice? Cuz this boss is beginning to kill my morale.
