    Hey all, trying to finish off the file for Angelo in DMC1. Is there any way to guarantee him to use summoned swords? I've fought him multiple times in the third battle and only got him to use it once. I still need to him to defend himself with the swords but no luck. Is it best to damage him to a certain amount or just evade until RNG favors me? Any advice for finally getting this would be a great help.

    I have been thinking about picking up the DMC: devil May cry definitive edition on ps4. But the game has been polarized and I'm not sure if I should get it or not.

    Glitch with DMC3 Collection

    I'm playing through the whole series for the first time and have hit DMC 3 in the HD collection but I'm getting this glitch that persists through almost all the text in the game. I've installed the DDMK mod and it didn't fix it. Anyone have any experience with this? It causes insane flickering and glitching under every line of text, the still frame doesn't do it justice for how glitchy it is. I had no issues with the first 2 games. Thanks for any help in advance.

    I've been practicing a lot of combo stuff with Nero for a couple months and watching some combo videos for everyone but one thing I was curious about is why the style change to sword master during this Dante combo:

    trick warp

    sword master

    one swipe with sword

    enemy step, I think it goes here

    Anyone else think bosses should be their own stages?

    Having to go through a whole stage of minor enemies to even practice on a boss, especially for the harder S ranks like DMD King Cerberus, is a Nightmare. Even in DMC1 you had to walk back to the boss every restart even if it was pretty short, it just feels like more trouble than it's worth especially when you have to restart the entire level if you lose the 1.2x no continues bonus, the boss should be it's own beast separate from the level

    Was this a glitch?

    Just went to replay the prologue mission in DMC5 on Son of Sparda, in which you can actually defeat Urizen if you're skilled enough, until I got to the boss and suddenly the orange orb started attacking itself and allowed me to immediately win the fight?? I already defeated Urizen on a different difficulty and played through the prologue on SoS and I've never seen this happen before

    It is done i can finally start Shadow Surfing, did I really go throughout the entire game without unlocking it? Short answer Y E S I would also like to thank Alan Conqvist specifically for his amazing m10 guide and this subreddit for giving me the motivation to see this through.
