Dante can eat 70,080 pizzas a year

After seeing the Papa John interview about eating 40 pizzas across 30 days I decided to see the maximum amount of pizzas Dante could consume.

So anyway here's the math

Dante says in the anime that he ate a whole Large pizza in 5 minutes.

Assuming that Dante eats a new large every five minutes that comes out to 12 pizzas an hour

Also assuming Dante is awake for 16 hours a day that is 192 pizzas per day

Which then comes out to him eating 70,080 per year.

This is probably so dumb. But I started to playing the DMC series around the time when DMC 3 came out. I became so enamored with it that I played it until I had everything unlocked and over 200k orbs. I'll run through it occasionally when I get an itch. I love that game. It got me through some bad times.

But I never had a community to talk to about it. None of my friends played and I didn't want to further my social isolation in school by talking about video games as a girl. (You think that wouldn't matter but children are idiots.)

So of course over the years I just kept replaying 3 and 4 and occasionally 1 or 2. I moved onto other games and let work take up my time. I thought there wouldn't be anymore titles after that god-awful reboot attempt so I stopped paying attention.

Suddenly this past weekend, I saw a sale on DMC...5??? What??? My head just about exploded. I immediately bought it and haven't played anything else since. And now I found a whole subreddit full of people who also realized Dante's demon ass is thicc af. I'm only halfway through so no spoilers but I'm glad I found you guys.

I love looking through all the silly memes. Can't waited to finish the game. :)
