Posted: 21 May 2021 02:55 PM PDT ... For a new devil may cry. Damn, it still brings tears to my eyes thinking about how overwhelming the story in Dmc 5 was. How much joy I had playing this game after a decade of waiting. I'm so happy that devil may cry got the chance to be represented in full glory in the last installment it had. It's just such a special game and to be honest I lost all hope that the series will ever continue after 4. I'm so happy it felt so good to play. I think it isn't going to be an easy task to make a prequel now. They can not do all of this fanservice again and rely on old story elements. Now there needs to be a true new story to be written. Probably about Dante and Vergil getting crazy in the Demon World. How long it will take to make that game.. Two years? Or five? Only time will tell us. No matter how long it takes Iam just glad this game doesn't seams to be dead anymore! Thanks for reading to the end! [link] [comments]

Posted: 21 May 2021 07:12 PM PDT Let me start off by saying, I fucking love this dude. I cannot gush enough about how much of beautifully horrifying design he has, his arena, his music, his animations, etc. Urizen is seriously fucking dope. Like, hes probably my favorite boss design out of any game ever. However.. his tentacle attack, dude. His FUCKING homing tentacle. I've beat dmc5 a number of times now and I'm on my DMD playthrough, and I've been fighting this motherfucker for like 3 days now. I struggle with literally nothing else, aside from this one, singular attack and its consistently been the only reason I've died since I started fighting him. Most of the time I can manage to avoid it, but inevitably I get caught a couple times and that's that. Its driving me fucking crazy dude. Like full on mindbreak ahegao shit. I'm losing it. This fucking stupid tentacle follows you for 20 fucking miles while you try to trickster tapdance your way around it or hobble away from your tentacle hentai doom, but there are no breaks on this fucking train. I cant dude. I cant find any consistency in this attack. 9/10 times it's a breeze but then I get this motherfucker on his last limbs, devil triggered and figuring out his plans for life support and whether or not he wants to be an organ donor. Then he just cockslaps me with his fat fucking tentacle schlong. I can see it coming at me, erect and slowly making it's way for my mouth, and I use all of the devil blooded agility in my body to dodge it, but he uses his jedi cock powers to bend it through space and time to facefuck me anyway, and I'm right back at the checkpoint. Fuck this shit dude what do I even do. [link] [comments]

Posted: 21 May 2021 11:32 AM PDT Hey guys, started playing dmc a few weeks ago, currently playng dmc4, trying to learn the games combat with 2bepowered's dante guide and i have a following question: how do u manage your practice time ingame? i dont mind grinding games but when im sitting in practice mod (via trainer) for about an hour trying practice some moves - i get kinda exhausted and lose hand-eye coordination and starting struggle even with the basic moves, so should i play the game for a few hours and then get to a practice tool for about an hour? or take some rest after practice sessions and get back to it? Possible Inspiration for the Series Posted: 21 May 2021 03:22 PM PDT Ok, so I'm just after watching Beowulf (1999) starring Christopher Lambert and I couldn't help but notice several similarities between the film and our beloved DMC. -white haired sword slinging hero -demonic heritage -gadget weaponry -funky and rock soundtrack -hunting evil to get rid of it. Is it just me or a massive coincidence that this film helped inspire some of the aspects of the games after they decided in 2000-2001 that they weren't making a new Resident Evil but Devil May Cry 1?
