    In the manga, Vergil separated not only his human side, but his nightmares from when he was Nelo Angelo. It must be true that they are his Nelo Angelo nightmares, as we can find Griffin, many Shadows, and Nightmare in DMC1, and the reason they can't kill things is explained in the manga-- they are just nightmares, they can't kill things. But the manga is no longer considered fully canon. And in V's flashback, his tattoos (which represent his familiars) formed on his body seconds after he was born. So is it now canon that Vergil decided to combine his human side and nightmares into one nice, neat package? Has it been confirmed exactly how he got the familiars? If not, what are some theories?

    So yeah Sparda's true form has something red on its back which is hidden by those Wings and it now appears to be a demonic eye with a vertical slit pupil rather than a thick jewel

    I have never played a game in the series but i have access to it.But i don't think i am good enough to beat it the hardest game i have ever beaten solo is sekiro and from whaf i have heard dmc i pretty hard so should i play it.

    How do I do the damage when using:

    When using sin devil trigger. It's such a short time window. I find myself just using luce for a bit, then using demolition right before I'm about to run out.

    How can I do the most damage possible with it?

    Devil May Cry Junctions/Eyecatches/Bumpers

    Watching all the title screen voices of Devil May Cry, I was inspired also by Kamen Rider's junctions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xkM2pqaVjA4. (5:13 - Kamen Rider Blade for example or

    • Trish: Same as the DMC5 title screen, with V & Dante as well.
    • Nero: First slide where he shoots with his Blue Rose, second slide goes where he revs up Red Queen.
    • V: V snaps his fingers to summon Nightmare with Griffon & Shadow heading towards the screen
    • Dante: Same as Dante does in DMC1, then a slash comes from Dante's sword slicing the screen with a new one.
    • Nico: Three slides showing Nero using a different kind of Devil Breaker.
    • Lady: Lady clicking Kalina Ann ready to fire
    • Trish (again): Trish wielding Luce and Ombra and fires charged lightning.
    • Goliath: Nero & Goliath charging at each other after the demon ate a car with his mouth-like stomach
    • Nidhogg: Nihogg charging at V & his familiars.
    • Cavaliere Angelo: Cavaliere riding on Elder Geryon with the three protagonists standing before him.
    • Malphas: Nero charging at Malphas with Buster Arm while she does her sorcery.
    • King Cerberus: King Cerberus roars but gets sliced with the screen as Dante does tricks with his weapon.
    • Griffon: Griffon on V's shoulder until he flies charging to the screen as he's frozen
    • Morrison: Dante transforms, evolving from his normal DT to Sin DT.
    • Patty: Nero & Dante prepare their battle poses, only to find V not with them but bits of shedded skin. Silhouette appears behind them.
    • Urizen: Urizen sheds the roots revealing his true self as he stands before Dante, Nero & V.
    • Kyrie: Nero transforms into his true DT, standing before Vergil coming out of the shadows.
    • Vergil: V & Urizen on different sides with Vergil in the center. His eyes glow blue as he slices the screen with Yamato, revealing a new screen with his DT standing behind him, as he does his battle ready pose.
    • Final Bumper: Nero, Dante & V walk towards the screen, transforming into their DTs and taking out their swords, doing poses.

    What do you all think? They're like "will be right back after these messages" or "we're back/and now back to our show!"

    Devil may cry art is interesting

    If you have the hd collection of devil may cry and look through the art for the first game. Not only can you tell the bird boss has very similar facial features as griffon but also an enemy that strongly resembles shadow. I'm not sure if they were just used as inspiration but is it possible they were released when Vergil was under the control of mundus? Nightmare also looks like the sludge that moves around, not because it's an evil sludge but because both have a small metallic like ball which I find interesting.
