    The next champion in League of Legends is inspired by DMC/Dante!

    I am not sure if it's an appropriate thing to post here but I wanted to share this with you guys since it's something that really made me happy, as I've been playing DMC since the day 4 came out on PC. Also pretty sure I summoned DMC5 with this song(killme).

    It's safe to say it's my favorite single player game of all time, and the only game besides Quake that I love as much as I do DMC is League! I've been playing it for 10 years so seeing something like this makes me really excited!

    So - onto the point.

    The next champion in League is called Samira ! As you can see from her looks you can't see too much of a DMC inspiration, she does have some red subtones but it's a color of a nation she represents in League (Noxus). She Also has a big sword with an engine like Nero and two guns. Here's her model.

    Now onto the DMC references and inspirations

    The way she works is that every time you hit an opponent with a different attack than you hit them with before that (so let's say you Q-auto attack-W, instead of using two auto attacks in a row) your STYLE METER rises. The style rank pictures are also very much inspired by DMC. For every style rank she gets her movement speed increased AND you can only use her ultimate ability if your style rank in that fight is S already. The ultimate ability is called Inferno Trigger™(subtle).

    Also, something very weird for League that she has is that her auto attacks and abilities work differently depending on the range she uses them on, so she can use both her sword and the guns.

    Since there is no videos of her abilities yet (she was datamined from a public test realm) I can't talk about visual references yet, but she does have a rose theme going on as well.

    Before we get onto more references, this is her bio.

    "Samira found her true calling in Noxus, where she built a reputation as a stylish daredevil taking on dangerous missions of the highest caliber. Wielding black-powder pistols and a custom-engineered blade, Samira thrives in life-or-death circumstances, eliminating any who stand in her way with flash and flair." .

    What Reboot Lady And Trish Could've Been Like

    Trish would probably have a changed backstory of not being created by Mundus (unless she was created Before Mundus's Death) she would probably have red hair this time to match with Evas red hair.

    Lady could've been someone working with or alongside the order with Vergil. However after Vergils betrayal she'll probably see Dante as someone who could possibly go down the same path and maybe begin to hunt him down.

    These are some of my ideas but I'd like to hear what you guys could come up with!

    What would you like the announced DMC anime to be about?

    So we've heard nothing about this series but it's fun to theorize about this stuff. So what kind of story would y'all want for this new anime?

    Maybe it focusing on Dante and Vergil as they are in the Underworld and them trying to get back? Or maybe following Nero taking up the mantle of humanity's defender against demons? Hell, maybe something other than those options or both of those options at the same time?

    I'm just interested in what this sub wants from this series while we wait in hell for any news about it.

    I, personally, want it to be both of the options I listed above.

    Okay, so I'm aware that it comes down to time and orbs collected.

    However, does using items restrict the grade? (i.e devil star, vital star, untouchable, yellow orb, holy water)
    If I recall using a yellow orb will always land the player down at C or D rank but what about say untouchable?

    When you see people complaining that Vergil DLC isn't happening even though DMC5 is a great game with tons of content and Vergil DLC was never planned, hinted at, or implied when a year went by with no updates or news for DMC5.
