What do ya'll think of this rendition of the Force Edge? it's a bit of a mix from 1 and 3 with a touch of that PS2 era color palette.

Aside from Nero. Dante and Vergil in many times during there fights/ when they take huge slashes from demons that would easily cut them in half, they just shrug it off with a slight "ouch."

Like they're healing factor is so good, it's like cutting water. Dante clearly just cuts Vergil in half at the end of Dmc3 and Vergil just walks by completely intact despite the fact that if that were anyone else, they're guts would be all over the floor.

So knowing how wholesome this community usually is I think you guys will appreciate this :)

little background, in my friend group we have a guy who's hard of hearing and he's been going through a rough patch recently so I've been giving him rides to work. the other day though he told me "you know if you want to play your music loud enough I could probably pick up the bass" and I asked him about the subject more since I never really did before. I don't 100% get how it works but its something about the vibrations from strong enough bass being able to get a reaction out of his ear drums, thing is though he said its pretty monotone usually so he doesn't really bother with it most of the time.

I decided since I knew Bury the Light had badass base I'd just play that and thought Nothing of it until we got there and he HAD to know the name of the song. he texted me later and said it was cool finally getting something close to the full experience of the song instead of the basic beat and he thought it was the coolest thing ever. then one of the other guys in our group chat said "oh you sound a lot like the character the song is for too" (just a joke ofc you can't really blame him for not having any idea what his tone of speech is if he can't hear it)

best thing is we pretty much sold him on the game and a few of us got some cash together and bought him a set of headphones with the best base we could find so he could enjoy the game. as always dmc is the best fan base online

TL;DR deaf friend felt the base in Vergil's theme and now has a favorite song + favorite character
