    I just finished my first marathon of Devil May Cry

    So, I know the series for almost a decade but never really got into it until recently. I have to say, now DMC is in my heart. I fucking love this game series now. I did it now really in order tho. DmC (when I was a teenager) -> 4 (was on sale) -> 1 -> 2 -> 3 -> 5. Even if I am bad at playing any DMC, I really enjoyed it. For my favorite one I would put in order of first the one I love the most and then the least...

    1- Devil May Cry 3

    This one was a really good surprise. I was bluffed by the gameplay for a PS2 game. How it is fast, energitic... The musics are really good and I love the story. Honorable mention for the " Jackpot ! " with Dante and Vergil who got me feels.

    2- Devil May Cry 5

    So, I really loved it, especially at the end with Dante gain new power, the reveal of Vergil being Nero's dad and the last fights. V's gameplay is kinda good but a little muddled I think. I kinda get lost when I'm playing with it. Honorable mention for the Michael Jackson scene where I got a good laugh. Vergil's gameplay is just POWERFULL and the mudic get you MOTIVATED TO GO BEYOND. I will definetely play it again. There is two or three mission who's kinda meh at the middle and before middle but it's fine.

    3- Devil May Cry 2

    I don't why this one is not liked by the community. I really enjoyed it. Except some missions who's kinda a pain. But I liked the story, the gameplay is fun (thanks switch gun to be here), Dante is really cool and badass (I loved the end and when he goes " You're the king ? Here's your crown *gun* "). Really enjoyed it.

    4- Devil May Cry 4

    I just like it as game, nothing more nothing less. Just a good DMC and that all X) Malus for the repetitive levels. Nero's gameplay is cool with his Devil Bringer. I don't have really anything to add.

    5- Devil May Cry 1

    This one is kinda cool, but I think the gameplay is old. I tried to finished it properly but I had to use something to pass a boss :,) Dante is again cool, the game design I really liked it. But the gameplay is the issue that take him this down, really didn't liked it.

    6- DmC : Devil May Cry

    Dante is not cool.

    I love how busted Vergil is in DMC5, he’s extremely fun to play. But does anyone else feel he’s so overpowered that you end up not even using his doppelgänger or Sin Devil Trigger? You can obliterate enemies with base Vergil even on DMD mode.
