This is my first DMC game and I only looked at 10 mins long recaps of the franchise at YT to gain some idea of the franchise. Now, the bits I have seen so far made me really excited to play as Vergil but I recently got to know that if I play as him from the beginning, it can lead to some non-canon situations or something so should I hold on buying him or is it okay if I buy Vergil now and do few missions I can with him? | Question for DMC 3 Dante players Posted: 03 Aug 2021 01:07 PM PDT I am currently doing SS run on vanilla Dante (no style switch mods, etc.) in the HD collection, but besides that, I also need to complete his Bloody palace for 100% completion. Vergil was straight forward - you just gotta get consistent and spam Swords/JC Raves/JC Divekicks on everything. But Dante. Dante is another story, I am not played as him seriously in any title other than 1, and currently I am in the process of getting good - currently in the middle of SS ranking VH before moving onto first DMD run. So, for the actual question: what Style/Firearms/Devil Arms combinations are the most optimal for the run? I am very comfortable with Trickster, it's very "safe" style - but I'm afraid it lacks the damage for later stages. I am currently trying to get good at every piece of equipment that Pizza boy has to offer, so my preferences has no effect on my choice in the end. Do any of the DMC3 Chads out there know some good loadouts and willing to share their wisdom here? It can even be multiple suggestions [link] [comments] | ||
