    I did a move using Vergil in DMC4:SE, but I don’t know what it’s called. I checked the skill list, but it doesn’t show up. Can somebody help me know what this move is called and how to do it, but not on accident?The move I am talking about is the last one.

    I really wish a new IP could come of V's gameplay and character. He's too awesome to be shafted like this.

    I really hate to think of V's gameplay as bad, it's just not as good as the other characters. Sure, he has variety, but when you boil him down, he doesn't have much raw power aside from pet DT and spamming Nightmare, which really cuts his fun down a bit for me in higher difficulties and doesn't really allow creativity, kinda like older games it comes down less to mixing it up and spamming the strongest moves, and especially compared to what Dante, Nero and Vergil could do, it's underwhelming to try to use him.

    But that's the problem: he has to be compared to other characters to come to that conclusion. He's only really underwhelming and boring when you see the tools everyone else has to work with that cuts the effort in half. If he was in the game on his own, less people would really dislike his gameplay. His lack of options and variety is not BAD, it's just not good enough to help him keep up with the others, and this is exactly why we all hated Nero in 4: he felt barebones, simplistic, very little variety and with much of his raw power locked behind a timing gimmick or his already underwhelming DT. Most players prefered Dante over Nero almost every time if given the choice.

    In 5 that changed because Nero was given a plethora of options to bring him up to par with Dante, and even Dante got an overhaul, but that didn't keep Nero lower, it just made them both individual and as interesting to play as in their own way. Dante didn't necessarily get more ways to play, just new ones with his multi mechanic weapons. Vergil as well has been getting better and stronger with each iteration he's been in, and has gotten somewhat more precise control of his Doppelganger, which i like.

    The problems i have with V, as is, is his lack of comparable power, static variety, and the fact he's just kicked to the wayside with no further improvement. I always loved V as a character, the way he talks and the way he fights, and the possibilities for him in the future.

    So...... why not bring him back in a new IP? Make his gameplay better, bring his character back from the grave? Maybe make some other unique mechanics for him to utilize?

    I don't want V to just be gone. His character and gameplay was too unique, but i feel like his style won't adjust well without him and will feel like a copycat on someone else. So give him an IP to himself, even if it's a crappy spinoff, and let him live. Let him fight. Let him be free, soaring in the sky to expand and spread his wings.
