| Posted: 27 Jun 2021 11:05 AM PDT Just finished DMC 2 for the first time yesterday and man, y'all were not joking. I didn't know how a game could be so bad but I guess when a boss is a infested chopper than I can understand. Seems like everything from DMC1 apparently didn't matter to them and they just released a massive shxtshow. Maps are way too big for the enemies you battle, game is incredibly easy compared to DMC1, Dante barely speaks, oh and the story makes absolutely zero sense. | Got the HD collection and fell in love with Dmc Posted: 27 Jun 2021 03:07 PM PDT As the title says i got the HD collection 2 days ago and completely fell in love with Dmc. When i was younger i was at a neighbor's house, he was older than me and played dmc on ps2, i didn't understand how he was playing, it seemed impossible to play but i was very intrigued by Dante (cool clothes, hair etc) And now 15 years later I'm playing dmc for the first time in my whole life. I always had a shitty pc and couldn't play anything. Upgraded it 2 weeks ago and here i am now enjoying the game. Spent 2 hours already playing, I'm a pretty crappy gamer so I'm always dying, but I'm having a good time. Love the graphics, the soundtrack is e p i c, dante is iconic and I can't find a negative thing to say about this game. Now I'm getting why many people were obsessed on ps2 era. I'm looking forward to move on the other games of the series after I'll complete the first one. And i wanted to share my experience with you. | Posted: 27 Jun 2021 01:20 PM PDT One of the game's tips says that V's pets will attack enemies automatically when Devil Trigger is active, yet when I summon Nightmare, Griffon and Shadow don't attack enemies on their own; I still have to input the attacks myself. Am I missing something here, maybe misinterpreting what it's saying? I just find that controlling Shadow and Griffon while riding atop Nightmare is just way too much so if there is a way to make Shadow and Griffon auto attack then that would be helpful.
