Vergil Game? Posted: 22 Apr 2021 06:22 AM PDT You thing Vergil will get his own game and Dante be the DLC character? Considering Vergil is Nero's father it would be nice to see Vergil bond with Nero as trains Nero to be a better devil hunter. The story could follow something along the lines of this: Dante and Vergil escape the underworld, but another demon manages to get through a Hellgate and seeks bring more through it. At the behest and recommendation of Dante, he asks Vergil to take Nero and kill this demon. Meanwhile, Dante begins a journey of his own to slay some of his own demons (no pun intended). Dante feels himself growing nore closer to his demon side, the side he hates, and doesn't wish to become like his brother. So he journies back into the underworld to seek a power to better reign in the side of him that is slowly seeking to overtake him.
