Dante and Vergil traveling through the underworld matches with the Divine Comedy, even the characters' names match up. The game could have levels, environments and new enemies based on the Inferno in DC. It could also quote the DC directly like how DMC5 quotes William Blake's. This would turn out to be a super cool game featuring the Sparda bros as the mains. The bros traveling together could also serve to further develop their relationship and characters.
